As part of a national day devoted to philanthropy, this growing, yearly development campaign suffered from a staid, low-energy website built upon a dated university template—critical since the site was the main avenue for giving. We invigorated USC’s commitment by redeveloping the site to project a more modern feel and provide a more engaging and meaningful user experience. To emphasize the 24-hour timeframe, we placed a countdown clock front and center. In addition, a variety of student-led programs, videos, and social media connections offer potential campus recipients the ability to showcase their efforts, while the Trojan Family gains a more emotional connection to inspire their participation during this annual one-day event.
